Michael D. Ilagan

Michael D. Ilagan is a Principal of SunTx Capital Partners.

Before joining SunTx Capital Partners, Mr. Ilagan was a consultant at Bain & Company, where he advised leading consumer products and manufacturing companies. Mr. Ilagan also previously served as Chief Operating Officer of a small, family-owned health care services business, Active Home Health Care, Inc., where he led the operational turnaround.

Mr. Ilagan serves as a Director of Carolina Beer & Beverage, LLC, Huron Inc. and The Park Group Ltd.

Mr. Ilagan received an A.B./M.B.A. joint-degree with honors from the University of Chicago, where he serves on the Alumni Board of Governors. He is also a member of the bars of California and Illinois and Order of the Coif.
