Ned N. Fleming, III

Mr. Fleming is a founder of Dallas-based SunTx Capital Partners, L.P. He serves as a director of Construction Partners, Inc., London Broadcasting Company, Inc., NationsBuilders Insurance Services, Inc., and Base4 Group, Inc.

Prior to SunTx, Mr. Fleming served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Spinnaker Industries, Inc. During his tenure, Spinnaker transformed from a small regional manufacturing business into a publicly-traded acquisition platform with a national footprint. Mr. Fleming and the management team grew revenues from $7 million to over $300 million, and delivered an internal rate of return of over 70% to Spinnaker shareholders.

Prior to Spinnaker, Mr. Fleming worked at the private investment firm Cardinal Investment Company, Inc., where he led the acquisitions of Rosani Foods, DF&R Restaurants, Inc., and LTV Aerospace, Inc., and played an integral role in the acquisition of a major league baseball team. Prior to that, Mr. Fleming was a consultant for The Boston Consulting Group, Inc., and worked for Fleming Companies, Inc.

Mr. Fleming holds a BA in Political Science from Stanford University, and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
