David J. Webb is a Principal of SunTx Capital Partners.
Mr. Webb was most recently an investment banker for UBS Securities LLC, where he advised financial sponsors on private fund placements and related financings. Prior to UBS, Mr. Webb was Managing Director in the Private Markets Group of Wilshire Associates, where he led principal investment activities in the private fund secondary market. Mr. Webb previously worked as an investment banker for Nationsbanc Montgomery Securities Inc. in New York before joining Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. and its successor, Credit Suisse First Boston, Inc.
Mr. Webb received a BA from the University of Texas at Austin, an MA in Applied Economics from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin where he participated in the MBA international exchange programme with the London Business School. Mr. Webb is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
